Digital Assets Audit
Stacey Burke and her team have years of experience evaluating the success of law firms’ online marketing vehicles, also known as digital assets. They will look to a variety of factors and use a variety of tools to assess law firm websites, law firm social media channels, law firm video, and more. The digital assets audit is a unique auditing tool designed by Stacey to help law firms make decisions regarding which marketing components to keep, which to disregard, which vendors to continue to work with, and where the holes in a law firm digital strategy might be.
How Does a Law Firm Digital Assets Audit Work?
Once the firm is retained, the team at Stacey E. Burke, P.C. will do its own online research into a law firm’s digital brand and online reputation via a variety of internet analysis tools. Then we will ask you to provide your own list of digital assets, which can include the following:
- Flagship website
- Targeted microsites
- Facebook page
- LinkedIn individual lawyer profiles
- LinkedIn company page
- Twitter handle(s)
- YouTube channel
- Pay-per-click or paid search advertising campaigns
Stacey and her team will create a lengthy report assessing factors such as page rank, spam rating, competitive landscape analysis, metadata, keyword ranking, cost per click in paid search campaigns, and overall quality score for pay-per-click. The digital assets audit also importantly assesses whether or not the firm’s advertising runs afoul of lawyer advertising guidelines. Once the assessment is complete, Stacey E. Burke, P.C. will provide its client with the report, and will meet in person or virtually with the firm to go over its contents.
What if My Law Firm Doesn’t Have Many Digital Assets?
If your law firm’s online marketing strategy is limited, and you only have one website, you can still undergo a digital assets audit. Stacey and her team will delve into what online marketing vehicles your firm does have, and give you insight into how to add more into your comprehensive marketing strategy. We will let you know the costs associated with setting up additional microsites, social media channels, and/or video marketing strategies to complement your existing assets.
