Thoughtful, Sharp, and Conscientious Marketing Coordinator Focused on Efficiency

Catherine “Cat” Garcia graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Production, magna cum laude. She previously worked with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Jack J. Valenti School of Communication at the University of Houston, and Houston Food Bank prior to joining Stacey E. Burke, P.C. in November 2022 as a Marketing Coordinator.

With quiet determination, she works with laser sharp focus on social media community management and audience building, as well as Facebook advertising for our law firm clients. In addition, Cat also spearheads graphic design, research, and email marketing projects while providing invaluable support to social media team leads.

In her marketing career so far, Cat has produced digital and print collateral, researched and written content, researched industry trends to align client messaging, and worked on video shoots. Her multifaceted background and broad range of skills make her the perfect coordinator for the wide variety of fast-paced projects our company handles on a regular basis.

Cat’s skills include significant experience with and mastery of skills and programs including Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canto, Envato, Exterity, Canva, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics, among others. In addition, she has taken classes on topics including cultural psychology, interpersonal communication, communication in law and ethics, writing for communicators, and more.

Apart from work, Cat is a supporter of Donors Choose, a nonprofit organization that allows individuals to donate directly to public school classrooms and is committed to combating racial and socioeconomic inequity in school funding. She also likes to spend her time powerlifting, looking for new music to indulge in, playing video games, and eating delicious food with her friends and family.
